Yes. Yes, we do.

PZ Myers writes, "New Hampshire has some world-class lunatics." This isn't a new observation, but today it was prompted by a bill in the state legislature mandating that all new bills reference the Magna Carta.

Yes. That Magna Carta - an English law, written in Latin, issued in 1215, of which only three of its 37 original clauses are still in effect in its homeland.

Katie in the Pharyngula comments is already on the job:Excellent! Rewriting New Hampshire’s laws could be great fun under this particular rule.
No man shall be forced to perform more service for a knight’s 'fee', or other free holding of land, than is due from it. - According to the Magna Carta, no man should produce more value than he is paid for. Ergo, the introduction of a law abolishing corporate profits and requiring redistribution of all excess earnings to workers is entirely justifiable under the Magna Carta.
Every county, hundred, wapentake, and tithing shall remain at its ancient rent, without increase, except the royal demesne manors. - No more rent increases! Evar!
No sheriff, royal official, or other person shall take horses or carts for transport from any free man, without his consent. - Towing for parking violations? Forget that!
OTOH, there was language in the original charter governing debts owed to Jews, which might be an interesting question for NH banks and credit unions.

Will this bill be passed? Nah. We have an insanely large state house, with 400 legislators (versus only 24 state senators), and they get paid only $200 per year each. This means that representation is extremely local - about one rep per 3,300 citizens - and that only people who want the job badly will run for the office. This ensures a certain number of whackjobs in the legislature who will introduce whackjob bills that will freak reasonable people out but go nowhere.

Unlocked.
