I read this cool story, The Telltale Heart, and the main character is insane but he keeps claiming he's not. He really is crazy. I mean he's masked as this nice servant or whatever to the old man but he ends up killing him. He's crazy. And he's violent. I think he was drunk, the night he killed her.
