OK So Ive already messed up, had pizza and too much rice, its OK, I needed a bad day to reset myself. so tomorrow it begins!

GW- 95kg  (209ibs)
UGW- 65kg  (143ibs)

B- Apple
L- Tuna and crackers
D- Rice and chicken with soy sauce
