(no subject)
so, i haven't updated in like a month, but the sad thing is,
i don't have much to update about.
We had a swim meet today, and it lasted all freakin day.
It was really a waste of my time because i swam a 50 yrd. freestlye in the very first heat of the very first event. And then i was done. So, i spent 4 hours being bored out of my mind.
But, i did get whitey's
(you know you're from Illinois when somebody says they want Whiteys and you know they're talking about ice cream and not a white person)
sorry, i thought that was funny.
But, after my meet i did go driving for a bit.
On the interstate.
I've had my permit for 4 days and my dad wants me to drive down the interstate.
I haven't even driven over 25 mph until today. I was going like 60 and everybody was still passing me.
My hands are still sweaty.
And then we nearly died when I turned onto the left side of the road where oncoming traffic was heading.
So, yeah, I'd keep your distance from me.
OhOh, dress shopping tomorrow!!!
Im not even excited about homecoming this year. I think it would be really fun to have a massive sleepover in exchange, and it really sucks that Raven isn't going, but i know I'll still have fun in the end.
I wish i had balls to ask him.
I don't what it is about this school year, but it hasn't been too great for me so far.
I thought yeah, we're sophmores now...we're not little freshman anymore. We'll be able to drive, everything will be so much better.
But it's not so great.
I think the thing that bothers me the most is swim team.
I never have any time to do anything because of the team anymore.
I get home from school at 6
and then every Saturday is shot.
And for some reason, this season seems so much more harder.
Eh.
It was really weird talking to my cousin last week about our schools and how different they are.
I mean, my god, Knoxville doens't have any black person.
There's at least 7 in all of my classes
(not that i care, im just saying, they have none, we have quite a bit)
They're last pregnant girl was 6 years ago,
ours: 6 minutes ago.
Even theyre "lingo" is different.

It was just kinda weird how different our schools are, considering they're like what 15 minutes away.

I never have anything important enough to say.
I suppose since im spending Saturday night alone i can do something crazy fun, like my homework.
yeah, that's what im gonna go do, try not to be too jealous.
