We had such a blast last night. Will stayed with Beth and Matt and I went to the party. Funny thing though. I didn't get carded all night and the waitress kept hitting on me (and I'll admit she was cute too). I had 2 martini's and a long island, which is now my new favorite drink. It was so yummy and disappeared within 10 minutes. Matt didn't drink a whole lot so he was able to drive home safely. We picked up Will and all came home and crashed. Will was an angel for the sitter and Matt's friends are wonderful people. I even met a girl named Jennifer that I may hang out with soon. She was so funny. It was absolutley great to hang out without playing Mommy all night. We had a great time.
But now Matt has 24 today so it's just me and Will. I hate these days. I get so bored and there's only so many people I know around here that I talk to regularly. And they have kids of their own to look after. I can't wait until we move back to IL so that we'll have more people to hang out with. I miss having friends.
