hey whatever it means to you, know that everything moves in circles
around this time, (well, maybe earlier) last year i was in the icu of a hospital.
oh, how things change over the course of just a single year. yet, it doesn't seem like that long ago. 'tis a weird thing.
right now i should be writing a rough draft that was due in class this afternoon. except it's only due to writing groups and it's in a class that i despise, so whatever. i should also be writing another paper, but that's not due until next wednesday; so i'm wasting time on facebook and myspace and writing this post, of course.
my awesome friend kym from new jersey is in waltham for a few days and i've been crammin' in the activities with her, cuz i don't see her enough and i don't wanna neglect her, cuz she's that cool.
last saturday, a dude actually invited me to a party while we were on the t after starting up a conversation about my groovy jeans. he's this drummer (i think a hot), and anyhow i ended up actually going to the party i was invited to by an older guy i'd known for about 10 minutes, in a part of boston that i wasn't familiar with at all, because my plans fell through [can we say shaaaaady?]. long story short, he got me into the party even though it was already full and they weren't letting anyone in anymore. he's REALLY into dancing and was basically guiding me through the dances. he's so animated and fun to be around with, and no, he didn't try to take advantage of me at all.
anyhow, he's called me everyday since just to say hey. so tomorrow i'm meeting up with him to have some lunch in boston. i'm looking forward to it.
that was a kind of random post of recent happenings, and i guess not so recent happenings.
