So who really thinks that purchasing carbon credits really helps one attain carbon neutrality. Norway thinks so. But even with this good intent , the fact remains that Norway and all those other big carbon-credit purchasers are still 'polluting' in the name of living in a modern 21st century.
Ahhhh, the smoke and mirrors of this whole emissions reduction thing.
Also, post Kyoto, pre-Copenhagen brainstorming...and they met in Bangkok of all places. Anybody been there lately and tried to breath the air? I have; give me a mask.
