Yes, the IB and his wife are a total pain in my ass and this is not my first rant.

If I can make this a succinct explanation...we don't have signing privileges on the bank account even though we are the 49% partner. I have to get all the checks signed by the IB. Of course I always have detail attached to each check but today, the IB wanted to see even MORE proof that a reimbursement I had cut a check for was legitimate. Of which, I produced with no problems.

I guess it was a good thing as I realized I had shorted us $90 because I had transposed two numbers when I typed up the check. Sooooo, I guess I shouldn't be whining too much.

Now...I just need to sit back, relax and wait for the steam to build up so I explode again. :D
