I've just returned back from the courthouse where
after 2 hours of talks in the judge's chambers, a
settlement has been reached and Double Door will be
staying until 2009 with an option to renew their lease
then.
I can't thank you enough for helping me and the venue
out with this. I love this place, and I could tell
that you guys felt the same way.
