yes, the lack of updates has been pretty sad.
kind of odd, considering what all has been going on in my life.
aside from seeing a fellow IAC photo major ( ellebelle ) earlier this month, this past saturday, I carried out my eagle project for boy scouts... just shy of the deadline ( june 28th, when I turn 18, is when I have to be done with everything ). and it's SO FUCKING GOOD to have that off of my shoulders; i can't tell you how much i was nagged EVERY DAY to try to get something done towards that eagle jimmy. and seriously though... it doesn't help. You just end up lying and getting stuff done later ( which worked out well. sort of? ).
anyway. i've also started to ( officially ) sell cameras. yesterday I managed to sell a nikon N80 ( a FILM camera, wtf ) and some other stuff that ended up to be around $900. Then today some woman came in to buy a canondigirebelxt, and I racked up another $950 or so of sales. ridiculous. but oh it is FUN! working in a fairly well-off part of town, it's interesting to see people throw so much money at you. also... selling cameras DEFINITElY makes the time go by FAST ( compared to working at the register / lab counter ). so that's nice.
and. um. not sure what else.
