yaya. I know these should've been up last friday, but our scanner at work ended up leaving a huge white line through all of my scans and prints (and those of 3 or 4 other people... oops). rescanned them sunday, then decided to just upload them today (you know... to start off the month nicely or something).

I took these weeks ago... january 16th, actually.
and you know what's scary?
I don't think I've taken any photos in the past two weeks.
and I think that's making me a tad bit down.
so maybe I'll just try to do lots of photo-ing this weekend.
on the plus side, the sickness is done with.
and overall, things are going really well;
there's a chance that I'll be able to spend a weekend with margaux (ANKLESEXMENOW) a few weeks from now.
and then when spring break comes, I'll have anita s. (fellow iac04 drawing major) in indiana for two (?) weeks!
ya ya! oh but I do hope my visit with margaux works out.
I really wish I could see you more often, kid.
and I would definitely like to spend time with you.

I've been asked to do photo for a high school prom.
excited, yet at the same time it's my first real event that I'll be covering.
and I hope I don't have to do any bullshit, posed group photos;
i'd like to stick with my candids, thank you very much.
and maybe it's me, but the first photo of this entry turned out incredibly well.
like, I think that's probably one of the best exposures from a 35mm neg I've ever had.
I've been catching myself just staring at it.
oh, and the canon eos 1D mark II is really really sexy.
that's 8.5 frame-per-second photographing, folks.
if I had one, I'd probably figure out some way to thrust my penis into it.
