As is traditional for me...

USS Oklahoma two torpedos, capsized and sank, righted and refloated six months later, written off
USS Arizona bomb strike to forward magazines, exploded and sank, burned three days; hulk remains at F5 mooring
USS West Virginia torpedos and bombs; counterflooded to avoid capsizing, sank; raised, repaired
USS Nevada bomb strikes, grounded off Hospital Point; refloated, repaired
USS California bombs and torpedos, sank at mooring; refloated, repaired
USS Tennessee bomb strikes; damages repaired
USS Maryland bomb strikes; damages repaired
USS Pennsylvania in dry dock; bomb strikes; damages repaired

Remember Pearl Harbor.

The premier written account is most likely Gordon Prange's At Dawn We Slept .

For cinematic treatment, it'd be very difficult to top the magnificent for a 70s effort Tora! Tora! Tora!. Avoid like the plague, like an army of starving zombies at the end of the sidewalk, like tax audits and root canals, Michael Bay's utter dreck Pearl Harbor. Why, you might ask? Here is my review.
