Y'know, I guess it doesn't really matter that you've got a good passer for a QB and a talented (if young) receiver pool if:
1) The guy calling the the plays from the sidelines is entirely wedded to run-run-pass-punt
2) The O Line still gets beat up by the big kids
Subsidiary observations - Debose is pretty quick for a big guy, and Moody would do a lot better if the O Line could get him a few yards' running room before he had to slam into a pile of defenders. And I'm starting to agree with my friend who decries the tendency to yank Brantley and stuff in Burton for all those red zone situations. If he's the starting QB, for cryin' out loud let the boy lead the offense all the way to the scoreboard!
I'm not quite at the point of renting a Torch-Bearing Mob™ chanting "Fire Steve Adazzio", but it's beginning to look like something to take under advisement.
Oh yeah, and it looks like Pouncey's finally settling into his new role; there weren't any egregiously bad snaps this time 'round. Good on you, Mike.
