Friday Evening Journal Entry
Ahh, the weekend!
Good-bye structured days and uncomfortable desk chairs! Hello sleeping in and midnight picnics!
And just what will this weekend hold? I don’t yet know. Don’t really care, as long as it does not involve any of the following: Potions, the Library, Fashion Challenged First Years or Astronomy.
Speaking of Astronomy, that class was slightly interesting this week. Sinistra was blabbing about the planets, and then, I’ve never seen anybody jump so high so fast. I merely yelled, “Sweet Merlin, Jupiter is gone!” and she freaked!
It turns out Jupiter was not gone; it still rests safely in the night sky with Uranus and Saturn and the rest of the lonely planets. I had merely knocked my telescope to the left with my elbow and was looking at the wrong patch of sky.
Still, she jumped bloody high! Might have to remember that trick for later.
Beyond that, nothing overly dramatic is going on. I am going to go for a walk or perhaps break into the hospital wing and help Lisa make a great escape.
