Con was kicked in the field tuesday. He was fine for our lesson that night but then was lame the next day. The cut is at the top of his front leg. It doesn't look bad, so it must be more of a bone bruise than the cut itself.Vet came to see him and there is no infection or fracture, but he's sore - poor baby boy. So Thursday night I rode Shane, a lesson horse! I figured we would jump around low because I am new to him and he is a lesson horse. I didn't know he was a jumper. We jumped around 3 foot+ just fine. Good boy.
