Definitely Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles falls under the "shows I didn't think I'd end up liking but I did" category. Actually, in my world it falls under "shows I didn't think I'd like but ended up lovin' category"

Definitely Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles

Oooh, yeah, it would be a show to include. TSCC was edgy, slick with a lot more family angst and human heart than most "robot" scifi shows out there. Sometimes John gets too angsty for me and the plots too er--plotty but the show deals with issues with a great balance of mother & son angst with Cameron playing off perfectly the "Why" factor that really makes us ask it ourselves even though we're the human carbon units.

Although mind you, I'm currently peeved at the cliffhanger they left us in before going in hiatus. I'm borderline "Whatwhatwhat?" and screeching about how January is too far awa--oh wait, here it is! LOL.

I think Psych is underappreciated, so I'm glad you like it!

You know, Psych, like Closer was one of those shows where they could have sold it to me but didn't so a season went by before I came around to try an episode during the writers' strike. I remembreed Gus as Charlie from West Wing. It's great to see him again.

I loved Psych from the start. I love Gus! Maybe I identify with him a bit--a little uptight!

Primeval was a fun surprise for me; a show that didn't take itself too seriously but a lot of fun to watch.

Yeah, like Top Gear, they're not trying to 'push the creative envelope', they're here to entertain and I like that because really, all this 'edgy' stuff everyone else is trying to push all becomes repetitive.

BTW...-points to icon- you owe me a new keyboard. Mine has too much drool on it now. LOL.

Heh, I've stopped watching shows in progess, except for Supernatural, which is pissing me off right now as there is waaaaay too little on Sam, and too much on Dean and his dang legion of angels. Ah well.

I'm going to rent Criminal Minds and Bones from Netflix once they're off the air.

I say Bones is definitely worth the rental! They do the UST right. The main pair has an attraction but they're like best friends first which makes the UST all the sweeter and they don't dwell on it. It's just there. :) The comfort is subtle but fantastic.

Wait... there are new shows on TV? About the only thing I catch any more are re-runs of Law & Order: SVU, and that's only if someone else has turned on the TV...

LOL. It seems like every time I turn on the TV, CSI is on.

Both it and the Law Orders are on about three different channels each, so the odds are quite good... :D
