ComicCon Experience, Sao Paulo, December 2015
Long time I was not posting anything. But now is the time with nice reason.
It is my probably last brazilian cosplay event. And it was...very impressive. Though I was kinda sick, still I enjoyed it to almost maximum leel.
I would like to divide this short review for three parts: content part, organisation part and "my thoughts" on such events part
1. Content part. It was amazing. There were loooooooooooots of nice people around, bunch of superb costumes and very nice atmosphere. I actually was dissapointed only with one thing - there were no Batman I could took picture with (though there will be a photo of new armored Batman...which is breath-taking!).
The photos of event I will post on facebook album (usual stuffs).
2. Organisation part. I am not sure I should blame Brazilian organisation, as I was not participating in such events in other countries, but several general remarks. Organisation place was very destroyed...bunch of unfinished construction and dirt...
In some way, I think it could be done better, in the end of day place become way too dirty. Though, people were telling t was not too crowdy - so maybe I should not complain :)
3. I think they are awesome. One idea come to my mind, this event (conference, if you will allow me) - have all elements of same scientific meetings I am participating in my work. Though, thinking about usefulness, I would rate ComicCon higher.) Originally I was thinking to write bunch of text, but maybe it is still not a time, with the ones who are interested I will glady discuss it in detail.
And, as a conclusion, with all (mainly) pros and (few) cons, I would totally recommend to anyone just visit one of such events (even if you are not a geek, nerd or crazy about particular topic. you will have fun, that's for sure ))
