Jillian's was by far my favorite collection. Several of her coats and a couple of her dresses were just stunning. I LOVED IT.
I liked some of Christian's as well. I really liked the foofy two colored dress and the feathered dress at the end.
Chris... eh. I thought it all looked very heavy. Too much velvet and too "goth" circa 1996. And there was one dress that looked like something that Cher from Clueless would wear or that I could buy from JC Penny in 1999 (I'm thinking of that shorter red one). In the whole competition, while I thought he had a great personality the only dresses (that he created on his own) that I like were his Hershey's dress and his prom dress.
Rami... I LOVED some of his pieced and really disliked others. I loved the two things he created in the olive green color. His last two dresses were stunners. And I really liked the buisness type jacket and skirt that he created. So I wouldn't give him the win, but I do think that he deserved to be there over Chris. Sure, he drapes a lot, but why is that so bad. It's not like all of his dresses look the same. Draping is just a technique and it can be used in many different ways, and Rami does so.
As for Sweet P... oh golly. I loved a lot of what she did in the mauve color story, but GAH. The tartan. NOT OKAY. Again, I love her personality, but her fashion wasn't... great.

*nods* It really surprised me, I think because most the time on the show I barely paid attention to Jillian.
Too much velvet
Yes. Very much so.
I loved the two things he created in the olive green color.
I liked the first green one because the top was really interesting. Very different and cool-looking. The second one I wasn't wild about the top part, but really like the bottom half.
Again, I love her personality, but her fashion wasn't... great.
