I must make a list! *flails*



Sunday

Put turkey in fridge.

Tuesday

Make cranberry sauce.
Make turkey brine.

Wednesday

Put turkey in brine after melodramatic ewwww-ing over giblets.
Cook giblets for gravy.
Cook sausage, onion and mushrooms for stuffing. (Yes, even though it's not going in the bird, I will insist on calling it stuffing.) (And yes, celery can go to hell.)

Thursday

Turkey time!
Make stuffing.
Throw some sage butter on some corn.
Dump pre-made mashed potatoes into bowl. (What? They're refrigerated! Not instant!)
Make crescent rolls.
Make gravy.
