Bill Pullman keeps getting creepier and creepier. You can tell things are starting to take a very wrong turn when people start feeling sympathetic towards him.
Esther is a very interesting character. She's an unlikely likely hero.
One thing I really enjoy about RTD's characters is that he often allows his main characters/heroes to do really crappy things. Even letting the audience dislike them for a time.
Dr. Juarez is also a very interesting character. You know, there really are an embarrassment of riches of strong women characters in Miracle Day. And they're all very different.
As if Gwen couldn't get any more awesome, she cures Jack from laptop batteries!
And then throws down! Anyone who talks about how Gwen is more awesome than she should be because she's RTD's Mary Sue, I WILL BE SIDE-EYEING YOU.
PR person is a puzzle. I can't quite figure out what her game is yet.
And since this is Torchwood, it needs to give clues that you're watching Torchwood instead of 24. They're subtle.
Last episode was setting everything up, and this felt like things were starting to slide into place. It's getting so interesting!
