What would you want to change about the iPhone for you to get it?

What would I want to change?

1. Make it a true GSM phone in that it can use any provider's sim card.
2. Provide a real SDK, but just make the applications run sandboxed so that they only have privileges to access safe elements of the phone, so as not to actually operate or have access to the radio itself (FCC regulations require this).
3. Enable it to use HSUPA and HSDPA.
4. Allow tethering.

Im thinking about getting one. My job has a partnership with cingular/at&t and I get 50% off of non contracted phone purchases.

What would I change about it? The mirror backside. fingerprints on my toys drive me insane :(

I get 60% off of phones and 30% off accessories. But there is no way anyone would be able to get the iPhone for less than the retail price at this time.
