HOOBASTANK!!

So I've been living. Was going to hang out with Kira, who many of you dont know, but some of you do, but then she had to run errands for her mom. It happens. And then yesterday I had hanging out with Laurel Abbotts, and then at 9:30 in the morning I went to my appt at Express Personel Services (temp agency) but forgot my passport which is my working form of ID when the driver's license wont cut it. I guess I don't feel comfortable carrying around my SSN because of all the crap that's happened with some of you. I know it by memory anyways, so no problem there. Anyways, I worked that out later in the afternoon and have work on Monday. Which is good. I may get a job sooner, and more may come up later, but right now monday is my first day. So despite all that stuff, I got to hang out with laurel. We snapped a few pictures with the webcam on my computer and I posted them to my myspace.

I need to get around to photocopying the passport page of my passport and getting it portable without taking the actual passport (I would take it to important things).

Which brings me to my next point. Important things. I've been thinking about life, and what I'm going to do with it, and as I think more and more, I'm wanting to be a teacher- elementary school would be ideal. Now about all of you are saying "Whoa, is that safe? Tim and little kids? Won't he kill them?" No I wont. I love working with kids, and am good at it. I have convinced myself of this by the time I've spent with little kids. So now it's official. That's what I want to be. Someday, Mr. Riggs will not just be a character from the Lethal Weapon series. But I have some things to do before I arrive at that point.

This has been another episode of Tim writes a boring online about his life, please tune in next time. Some other time.

Oh, and about my computer, the iMac. I LOVE it. The applications it came with are great, they work well and are extremely useful, and I haven't had many problems with functionality of installed programs. My personal favorite part of the computer as it came in the box is the widgets, and most specifically, the sticky notes. When I click the scroll wheel on the mightymouse, the computer puts a transluscent cover over whatever I'm doing and my "dashboard" pops up. I can put sticky notes for myself, and I see myself, once I escape the clutter that is my room, using this to the fullest to remain organized and neat in my dorm room. For all you people out there looking forward to college or who want a new computer or who haven't gotten a computer, I HIGHLY recommend the apple computers. They're pretty, organized (once you learn), easy to use, and Office compatible :P
