Geez, the eps from this half season have really been on a starvation budget, haven't they!
Still, a good story will carry a miniscule budget. And while I'm not sure there was a whole story in there - just not enough set up, you know? - the climax and its implications and effects on the characters worked very well. Shame they didn't keep Amara Karan (Rita); she was instantly engaging. But that's why they offed her, of course.
