(Non) Contact Centre
A downside of my job is that due to the nature of the work and the rotating short breaks we have, getting to know our colleagues becomes rather difficult. So tonight we had a farewell dinner for two who are leaving the office, and it was a chance to get to know people. And unlike Xmas, I was feeling sociable enough to join in. Good food and fun colleagues, a pleasant night out. Of course the youngsters were going out drinking afterwards, something I was only ever intermittently into even in my day, so I left reasonably early.
