this article, just because you select to opt out of the "family friendly" internet feeds that will be the default available, doesn't mean you'll have access to unfettered internet content. Instead you'll still be unable to access what the government decides is "illegal content". Yet in current trials there are false positives of 10,000 blocked sites per million. (That may be only 1%, but when searching the web you often want to find the unique content, not just what everyone else found.) Not to mention legal confusions such as the recent Henderson case, or valid points of political debate such as euthanasia.
