Bionic Woman; Heroes

Bionic Woman was an ok episode; we get more of the relationship (still extant!) between Sarah and Jae Kim - Jamie's current combat instructor. Jamie dictates terms to the agency, so that she can attempt to continue a normal life and keep custody of her sister. Becca is asking awkward questions Jamie can't answer, but is giving Jamie some slack, due to Jamie's beau's death, and some help Jamie gave Becca with the schoolmaster, when Becca was caught smoking dope. We'll see how long that works out for. The main plot seems implausible even for the setting; there's no way a town of hundreds could be killed mysteriously without major ramifications, even if the perpetrators are caught. It's a really ham-handed attempt to gritty-up the show. Ah, well. I generally don't mind watching ok SF. So far this is just ok, though. Time will tell.

Heroes was ok too. Some more exploration of the two South American mutants' powers. Bennett's playing a game with Mohinder as well as with the Company. I'm a bit leary of how Clair and Hiro have both stumbled across mutants that just happen to be people who are becoming important to them. Hiro's situation developed predictably except for the relevation about Kensei. Peter's conscious but apparently amnesiac. Not keen on the Irish gangster subplot he's found himself in. I'll be very cross if one of the gangsters - especially the woman he just saved from a beating - turns out to be a mutant too. Where's Wanda when you need her? Although they've introduced the mutant disease from last season - possible way of deleting excess characters.

I wonder if Nikki and co will be turning up?

In other news, my shoulder is about cured. Movement range is about 95% of my unharmed shoulder. Basically, I can reach up my back to touch my shoulder bladed with my left hand, but my right hand only gets about halfway up. :)
