Hi Everyone.
So I am sitting once again in London Heathrow airport. I just spent the fastest, craziest two weeks of my life in Germany wrapping up everything I know as normal life at this point. So many emotions but unfortunately because of the time demands and stress....I had to keep pushing them aside. I don't even know if I can put into words what it was like to say goodbye to everybody in Germany.... 10 times harder than College.
It will all hit me soon I am sure. I have been able to reflect some here in the airport while I have a nice breakfast. It was some wierd British stuff (including weird toast, runny scrambled eggs, a slab of ham that was called bacon, and pork & beans.) However it was actually quite good.
Today had a weird start...if I can say that...for the 4th time since being in HD for two weeks, I didn't go to bed. We got around to leaving this morning to find that it had snowed overnight and was a mess. We got to the aiport to find the whole British Airways section blocked off due to what was believed to be a bomb in the middle of the room. Well after the tiny robot and hyperactive dog decided it wasn't...an enthusiastic thumbs up went into the air and we all ran to the counter since our flights would now all be late.
Anyways. I made it to London...bought a couple good books and will be on my way to LA soon. Rob is picking me up. Thanks chelsea for fixin that up for me....and Rob...once again thanks for the airport ride.
I will update soon with reflective thoughts. ohhhhhh..... gasps of excitement and expectation.
