Well, now it's dad's turn.
I called my father yesterday for Father's day. He then proceeds to tell me that this morning he's checking into Detox at St Mary's Hospital for dependency on alcohol. I never in a million years thought he'd ever do it. From what he said, his drinking is way worse than any of us knew. Which isn't surprising really. I think it's way past time that he did something. I just hope he can make it stick.
