A dog day at the beach.

It was a gorgeous sunny day today. Greg and I went for brunch at Deacon's Corner in Gastown, and decided to take the girls along so we could take them to Kits Dog Beach, our favourite dog beach, afterwards.
They had a fabulous time! Ginger, who is normally super shy and afraid of strange people and dogs, totally came out of her shell and made a ton of friends. More pictures after the cut....

Both of the girls did some swimming in the ocean, and were COATED in sand by the end. It took 5 towels and a very thorough bath to get Ginger clean, but it was totally worth it.
