I'm zonked! I'm encouraged by the fact that I'm still finding relevant postings out there, and that there are positions that I'm getting excited about. There's one in particular that I applied for today I'd REALLY love to get, two that I would be really, really happy about, and one that's sort of "meh" but probably offers better pay and benefits than anything else I've applied for.
I haven't heard anything from either of the interviews last week, but I wasn't really expecting to. I know that they're both conducting first interviews this week, so I don't really know when to expect to hear from them. Next week, I guess?
I took yesterday off from the job hunt to spend the day with my sis, who has Mondays off. We went down the the States to do some shopping. We didn't buy much, but it was nice to get out of the house and have a change of scenery. We also ate a lot of junk food, which is always a good time.
Tomorrow will likely be light on job search as well, since I have a whole lot of cooking and baking to do for my mom's birthday. i doubt there will be much to respond to tomorrow anyway, since I just applied for everything that's been posted in the last five days!
