1. Where did you meet your mate?
I don't know if I was ever actually introduced to Greg formally. I've known who he was since probably Grade 1, even though he didn't go to my elementary school. His mom was our school librarian, and he'd come by and hang out with his friends from soccer (including C...sigh) after school while waiting for Jane.
2. What was the first thought that went through your head when you met?
I'm not sure exactly what I thought the very first time I saw him, but I know I thought he was awfully blonde. He was pretty much the blondest person I'd ever seen.
3. Do you remember what he/she was wearing?
Ummm, no. Thick, curly blonde hair?
4. In what location did you kiss this person for the first time?
Here (Burnaby Mountain, at a picnic table where this bench is now), just over 9 years ago:

Evan's house? Our first movie out was Muppets in Space, right after he got his wisdom teeth out.

Ages.
7. How did he/she ask you out?
After/during a very awkward "what's going on?" conversation.

Nope.
9. Have you ever broken the law with this person?
Maybe? I don't remember. Not "fun" law-breaking, that's for sure.
10. When was the first time you realized that you liked this person?
A year before we started dating, I had a crush on him. However, there was a moment just before we started dating fer realz where the sun came through the windows and made his blue eyes sparkle. He was talking to me about something (I was visiting him at work), but I have no idea what. I think I was asking myself to stop feeling the way I was feeling. ha.
11. Do you get along with his/her family?
Yep. I'm pretty awesome. :)

Yes. Except during board games, laser tag, video games, and paintball. Take that as you will.

I came home one day to an empty house, a note from the dog (saying they'd gone for a walk), a bouquet of flowers, and a huge batch of homemade chocolate cupcakes with raspberry buttercream, all from scratch.

16. Where do you see yourselves 15 years from now?
Ummmm...similar to the way things are now, but with another dog, and probably a couple of kids. We'll probably have settled down from whatever fun stuff we've been doing, and likely would be back in this suburb.
