My .. guidelines. :)

This started as a comment in la_lou's journal, but I figured it was post-worthy.

About 2 months ago I decided to go on a self-improvement spree.

Basically I wanted to
1) Start going to the gym. Go every TWF, with rowing MR, and optionally an abs workout on Saturday.
2) Go to bed no later than 12:30, and get up at ideally 8:30, definitely before 9.
3) Eat better by cutting doooown on snacking crap (snacking on veggies etc instead), and making real meals (like 3-4 portions at times so I'll have lots of leftovers and therefore it'll actually be worth doing.)

#2 isn't happening at all.. need to find a way to do that.
#1 is going really well. With the exception of 3 days over thanksgiving weekend, I haven't gone more than 2 days without going to the gym in 2 months. However when rowing ended I didn't start going to the gym any more.. The idea was to do cardio on the extra gym days, but I never waaaant to.
#3 is going really well too.. although in the last couple of weeks the no snacking part has been suffering. So I need to make a resolution to get that back on track. :)
