I enjoyed this one, but not as much as you did. I think my expectations were different because of the title.

I haven't read this book! But I keep hearing great things about it...hmm...another one for the to-read list...though I think my list is out of control!

I've seen mixed reviews of this one, but I want to read it just because of the WWII angle. Glad to see you really enjoyed it. I hope it's okay that I linked to your review on the Book Reviews: WWII page on War Through the Generations.

I really liked this one as well, and thought those section where Frankie was on the train were so touching and poignant and yes, sad.
