No Reason
Just thought I would draw this up for everyone to see, since I'm apparantly the only one who's ever noticed.
Back story: He had a traumatic experience in the war, and just wasn't the same when he came back, he just couldn't stop hurting people. The only difference is, in the urban setting his behavious is considdered crazy, while at war he would recieve commendation for the exact same thing. But I suppose he always was a bit tetched. He would always just say "I like to watch".
