Another one for the DA/British/History bunch
I'm working on Another Chapter and need to know who'd be the person Richard would meet with regarding the sale of Haxby. (He says it's not actually for sale, but the Russells aren't living in it and are open to offers.) Would it be an estate agent? A solicitor?
So much angst over one teeny tiny line of dialogue...
ETA: While doing a bit of research today, I stumbled upon a preview of a new series starting this Sunday night on PBS, obviously to compliment DA. Thought you all might be interested:

But geesh--there's a blurb there on the site about how a housemaid would put in 17-hour workdays and earn about $15 a year. (With only Christmas luncheon and New Year's Eve off?) That makes me feel so sad for Anna! No wonder she wants to run off and open the Bates Hotel...
