I am so freaking excited about this that I have had a really hard time sitting still to work this morning! Believe me, if I didn't have Leechblock turning off LJ every morning while I work, you'd have seen this from me before now!
Many thanks to bratty_jedi for pointing me in the direction of this article, which announces the release date for TTTW as August 14, 2009! The last I'd heard was a rumor that it had been pushed back to next February, so this is fantastic news. Also, the article includes two new promotion stills (and some that have been floating around for a while). Which I've included beneath the cut, because everyone needs to see Eric Bana in a tux...
Isn't he just perfect as Henry? (And I do think Rachel McAdams is a great choice for Clare, too. But I'm so taken with Eric Bana...) I cannot wait to see this movie. Oh, I hope it's good! But uncharacteristically for me, I don't care what kind of reviews it gets, I am going to be there on opening night!
