Yay, I'm so happy you liked the drabble! I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds it difficult to get my head around this moment in the R/T story. I don't want to think Remus is totally paranoid about the Tonkses not being supportive of their marriage, and given how Ted acts so irrationally by running off and leaving the family, I have to think he probably had some words for Remus that pushed him over the edge. Even if it is unfair to Tonks. Maybe in this scenario he partly leaves out of shame for how he treated his daughter's husband? Anyway, I'm very glad you think how I dealt with that and the other issues of Tonks being made an outcast worked.

Remus' code is very good - however hard I think, I can't work out what he means by the first part!

Oh, lol. I wasn't sure whether that was at all clear. The rodent mating ritual Remus is off to help with is preparations for Bill and Fleur's wedding. Rodents referring to weasels. They needed the (DADA) professor's help with security spells.
