The Daily Puppez

I frequent a website called Dailypuppy.com. The content of this website is fairly self explanitory, they showcase one puppy every day. When I first started frequenting this site the puppies on display were absolutely adorable and more importantly, the quality of the photography was stellar. In fact, these are some of the guidelines listed for submitting your dog pictures:
-professional-quality portraits of puppies
-photos taken in natural light without flash
-large, high-resolution, sharply focused images

Seeing that I don't even qualify as an amateur photography enthusiast, (more like over zealous doggy mommy with a camera and shaky hands) I always felt that there was no way our photos could get on this site.

Until recently. The quality of the image sets shown on dailypuppy.com has certainly taken a nosedive. Now, some days the photos are great and the puppies are squishable. Other days though, you get overly bright, blurry images of dogs with the devil in their eyes. Case in point, today's daily puppy. And sometimes, it's not a puppy at all. Sometimes it's an ewok masquerading as a puppy.

So, I zipped up thirteen of my best pictures of Einey and sent them over the Daily Puppy folks. I think it's only a matter of time before my dog becomes an internet celebrity. Or at least, get doting comments from other crazy dog mommies.

Here's hoping.
