I wonder why, no matter how nicely you try to do it, if you disagree with some people in the slightest they attack you.  I haven't figured out if I am somehow intimidating or if they are just plain old defensive.  I certainly try to be polite and go about it in the right way at work, and that's where this particular episode happened.  I just don't

In my experience some people see everything in black and white, and if you are not with them, then you are against them.
