spring registration is approaching soon. i have to declare a major. lame.
in other news...
mountain bike season is over. i got a trophy. 1st place, Men's c's division one overall points leader. only because i won the downhill on saturday (i managed to stick my head into a rock garden on my second run, and then launch this sweet a frame jump. it was perfectly exectuted, i just ran out of trail, and into a tree.) it was close between me and jessie, a cool kid from ga. tech. i never know how to act whenever i win something. especially when i beat someone i made friends with. shrug, we'll duke it out again next fall in the b's.
nationals are weekend after next, i'm going up as support. pennsylvania, here i come. get ready to get rowdy.

hopefully visits to tally, so fla (maybe sarasota) soon.
i have a bike frame that i'm going to try and rig up as a fixie or singlespeed on the cheap. kick it around campus, maybe some training rides with the team. any ideas for paint schemes? right now i'm thinking some sort of three color combo, or preferably, if i can find/ get access to a sandblaster, just gloss clear coat the raw steel. if anyone can assist in the search for sandblasting (hopefully free or real cheap), lemme know.
other than that, it's just a game of getting by. good stuff is going on right now. plus, i have fireworks. thank you, south carolina.
