So I've been away from LJ for weeks x[ I'm sorry to everyone who's birthday I missed, so happy birthday, guys! Time for an update!
Blah blah blah, took my AP tests, U.S. was ok, Physics was ridic hard, English was a joke, blah blah blah. None of that is interesting, but it explains where I've been xD Now for fun stuff!
I had my junior prom on Friday, and it was really nice. Well, except for how Patti was sick when we got there, throwing up a bit, so Mariel and I stayed with her for a big chunk of the prom. One of our friends, who doesn't even know Patti that well, was out by the bathroom with her, too, for a while. BUT, Patti's best friend was too busy with her boyfriend to come and even check on her. Real cool there. I left before Mariel did, because my date was in there, a Catholic school kid that doesn't know that many of the peiople there. Patti eventually called her mom to come get her when it became clear it was a passing thing, so it sucked :( She's feeling better now, though, so I guess it was a quick stomach virus or something.
So after that whole thing, prom was awesome! My date Pat asked me out, so yay I have a boyfriend!!! It was during a slow dance and he was so adorable and awkward about it! After prom we went back to one of our friend's house and slept over. Except most of us stayed up until 7:30-ish, and we had to leave by 1 for another school thing (lol @ horrible scheduling!). But yeah, really really fun. The kid's mom is really strict and creeped around for a bit, but left eventually hahaha. Pat couldn't stay the whole time because his parents were all "rawr we don't know the kid rawr rawr rawr!), but we snuck in some snuggles and a kiss goodbye :)
So yesterday Pat and I hung out :] We went to the preserve near my house and walked around for a while, holding hands, being cute. We didn't kiss or anything, though, since wherever we were there were people walking their dogs or on bikes, or taking nature pictures(LOL, adorable). We went back to my house and later went to Friday's with the whole group, plus our sophomore friend and Tom's girlfriend. It was lame, but whatevs. I'm so so happy it's ridiculous. This is my first legit boyfriend, and I have such a good feeling about this. We're both awkard and cute with each other. Like we make dinosaur noises XD So yeah, awesome! How's everyone else, now that I've rambled?
