I didn't get a lot of great pics, because when I wasn't hacking my lungs up or annoying everyone with the sniffles, I was flirting and squishing my bints. I did, however, manage a few good ones.
On the whole, my trip was wonderful aside from my body just not being cooperative or liking climate changes. As with New York for the GoF premiere, (the official first bint meet up), I was sick during Charlotte. Everyone was very patient with me and worried, but I managed and, yay, survived!
A couple of observations:
1. Mississippi is the LONGEST, never-ended state to drive through. I'm just saying.
2. You KNOW you're back in Louisiana when you see a convenience store with a daiquiri shop right next to it. :P
3. I still say HP is the HOTTEST fandom ever. God, we are some sessy bitches. ;P
4. Birmingham is beautiful. Stop rolling your eyes, Angela, it is. Very hilly. I really liked it.
5. Angela 'works' with Chris' uncle. It is a very, very small world.
6. South Carolina has nothing but cheap real estate and a huge peach that looks like a big butt. (From what I saw, anyway)
7. Next road trip I take, I'll avoid interstate travel so I can see more of each state.
I love that I have a connection to so many different women, with so many varying personalities, each with their own special brand of kindness and warmth. In a very short time, these beautiful, funny, special women have affected me to such a degree that I can't help but instantly love them, wholeheartedly want to protect, nurture and cradle them. They all mean the world to me and I feel so incomprehensibly blessed to count them among my friends. I love you bints truly and eternally. ;P
