(no subject)
quick recap of spring: much much better semester than fall... grades stayed the same, met a ton of cool ppl, got a nice officer position in my fraternity, got a new house (i like it!), got a tutoring job for the fall, waiting to see if i'll get a TA job.
summer semester started yesterday and it feels like campus is sooo empty. i guess cuz so many ppl are commutting and stuff. oh well, it's not too bad, cuz it's boring, and it's not super noisy... for atlanta. classes are gonna be rough... physics2/lab, orgo, diff eq, and microeconomics. hopefully orgo and diff eq won't be impossibly hard, cuz physics seems like it will be. but finally having classes with friends is cool... well, cool in some ways, not cool in others.
as cool as Georgia's been lately, i still dearly miss Louisiana though. I wish i could come visit, but finding transportation is tough... and expensive. i'll definitely go back and visit... i just don't know if it'll be anytime soon. either way, i hope i can still keep in touch with friends and such like we've been able to the past year.
edit: and i got a scholarship!
