Today I managed to spend exactly £100.00 in sainsburys.

And when I got back my car was on 66666 miles.

I always like the interesting numbers :)

Lots of things, but there was a reasonable amount of alcohol in there too, which tends to add up. It wasn't just one thing that cost £100 at least ;)

you're probably right, but it was things that will stick around the house for the next few years (or at least months) so it's not as bad as it could be :P

Of course. Plus 100 quid is a lot of money.

Well, there was quite a lot of food there too! I tend to not shop particularly frequently at the moment, perhaps every two weeks or so.

How much of the 100 quid was spent on booze? What booze in particular? And how much booze do you consume a week?

£35.80 was booze: 13 quid on beer, 12 on some creme de menthe, the rest on three bottles of wine. So far I have had one small glass of creme de menthe from any of that ;)
