Election Posters

Due to the current election, I've made a new game for myself when driving (or really being driven) around; I play spot-the-election-support-poster. I tend to keep a count and see who is the most visibly supported. Some of it is quite interesting - Wirksworth appears to be Labour (4) with Lib Dem (3) a close second. While being driven through Buckinghamshire the other day, I noticed quite a few Tory signs around. It did seem kind of pointless -- I don't think Labour even bothered with a candidate there last time.

I am a little surprised anyone would actually admit to supporting the BNP.

Yep - Sheffield Hallam is Nick's seat and Sheffield Central is a seat we are hoping to do well in :) I've seen very few stakeboards/posters up in London this time - probably because I don't live or work in a seat that will ever be anything but tory :(
