The joys of home ownership
Hello out there!
Would you, by chance, know anybody who knows stuff about water heaters and sautering (sp?)? Our waterheater has developed a small (but yet catastrophic in a way) leak that seems to be because the sautering of the hot water out pipe seems to have gone on vacation. Michael, a very handy person, has never done sautering on copper pipe.
HELP!
And now I get to take a sponge bath in the morning. Joy.
