I really did try...
I did try to get into work today. I left my house, brushed off the car and started to drive around 7:15. At 7:45 I was at Plymouth and Penn and decided that this was a big mistake. That section of my drive usually takes about 5 minutes. Visibility = 0, traction = 1. I turned onto Plymouth and pulled over. Called my boss and discussed giving up. She told me to go back home and see if the weather let up at all. Just spoke with her again. They haven't plowed my neighborhood yet, nor have they plowed around the office in Eagan. She told me to sit tight. I don't think I will be making the cross town trip today.
