pending divorce
i picked up my divorce packet yesterday .. it seems three pages of forms and $105 will get me a divorce, if mrmc responds and doesnt contest within 60 days ..
i dont have an address for him except a po box ..
i have 2 options for grounds - one is a year voluntary separation that is a mutual decision with no reasonable hope of getting back together. mrmc can contest this as our separation was not mutual. the other is constructive desertion which reads "if at least one year ago your spouse forced you to leave the home by making it impossible for you to live in safety, with health and self-respect ... " which sounds harsh to me but is true.
it will all be filed by friday.
