Good Movie and Life in General
Last night I watched Slum Dog Millionaire. WOW! Even Dave who was a skeptic ended up love it. Watch it, it's a great film.
Today our morning got off to an exciting start, we had a snow storm yesterday, then it turned to hail and then to rain overnight. Since it was all melted this morning, my work decided to open, so we headed out. However, our street was a sheet of solid ice, and we live at the top of a very very steep hill. We were slidding down the hill and then couldn't move or turn around, anytime Dave tried to get up the hill to go back home, he slid backwards. I had to walk home in the snowbanks cause the roads were solid ice, and get a bag of kitty litter to try and get him some traction. However, the kitty litter wouldn't work due to to much water overtop of the ice. We ended up having to call a tow truck (Thank God for Roadside Assistance) and get towed the 10 minutes walk home haha. I called work and said I would be working from home, which is why I was online so much today.
We just watched Prince Caspian on our couch, it was lovely, Dave was on his back, I lay on his front and Oliver lay on his chest just above my head. Cute family cuddle pile. Love is a warm family cuddle pile.
