Being Preggers Never Felt So...Bleh...*makes goofy face*

Aug 22, 2008 15:26

Okay,  okay, before I update, I'll just get into why I haven't been on here. Most of my oldest and closest LJ friends know exactly why. But for those of you who are not in the know, I shall tell you now...

I am in a bit of a financial bind. So therefore, I cannot afford such luxuries as le internet or a house phone. So I've been doing without those for the last 2 1/2 months. I am now broadcasting to you from one of them sucky...wi-fi thingies that only works when the hell it wants to. *sighs* Hopefully in the near future, something will be done about this...

Anyway...back to this whole...preggers thing. As of yesterday, yours truly entered her 4th month of pregnancy. (whooooo! lol) So far it's been pretty good up until last week or...yesterday...or...oh whatever, I can't even remember 5 minutes ago, who'm I kidding?

From what I've heard and read, once you start your 2nd trimester, things are (supposedly) starting to look up for you. Buuuuut then again...every woman is different. They say you get like a 2nd wind or something--you can go out and about and do things without being tired or feeling sick, you have much more energy, you're not as bitchy or anything like that. You're normal. And the umber one thing I've heard is that you completely stop getting sick or it subsides for you. And I've been doing good! I haven't gotten sick since what--like 3 weeks ago or something?

Well anyway, I was at home alone yesterday and I got really really hungry. So I decided to head donwnstairs to the restaurant they just opened (I live on top of) to get some baked macaroni and cheese. (one of my All-Time favorite foods) I get the mac and cheese, head upstairs and finish watching Monty Python and The Holy Grail cos I figured I needed a laugh or something.

Well, halfway into the movie, I'm lying down. (mind you, I'd already eaten the macaroni) Then my tummy starts rumbling and I just got the nastiest, nauseating feeling you could ever get. Then I feel it all starting to come back up. So I'm rolling around like mad in the bed trying to get outta the bed before I puke in it and I can't! lol Finally I jump out the bed like it was on fire and then just in the nick of time, I covered my mouth...(I don't think I need to tell you why I did that, do I? lol) If I didn't, it would've gotten all over my favorite Beatles tee! And I was SOOOO not gonna let that happen! So I barge in the bathroom with a barfy hand in the air and I swear--it was like The Excorcist all over again. n*shakes head laughing* Totally gross...

I've been sleeping a lot more, too. It's okay sometimes, but when I constantly keep taking naps, it gets to be a bit too much. I'm back at square one now. Only thing I don't do is eat so much. And sleeping? HA! Don't even get me started on that one. Sleeping is so tedious for me. It's like no matter how I sleep, it's so uncomfortable! I sleep in the Fetal position--the most comfy position there is! And that doesn't even work! I've tried the dozens of pillows, all of that mess and it doesn't help. And then?? There's the peeing. Oh GOD! I feel like I'm harvesting Niagara Falls sometimes! Rofl I barely get a good night's sleep cos half the time I'm in the bathroom! lol

September 3rd is when I go to the doctor. Hopefully I'll know what it is that I'm having. *whispers* Between you and me?? I'm hoping it's a boy! lol

Well, I'm' gonna get going now. Starting to get the sickies...yet again. I'll try to get back on again real soon. See ya!
